BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS OR BY ENGAGING THE CDW AFFILIATE IDENTIFED ON THE INVOICE, STATEMENT OF WORK OR OTHER CDW DOCUMENTATION (“SELLER”) TO PROVIDE PRODUCT OR PERFORM OR PROCURE ANY SERVICES, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNLESS CUSTOMER AND SELLER HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN. ANY GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TYPES OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND RESULTS THEREOF POSTED ON THE WEBSITE DO NOT CONSTITUTE PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SELLER AND CUSTOMER.
We are confident that our product quality is outstanding that we warranty all of our products for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase against manufacturer defects. The warranty can be canceled out if the purchaser damages or improperly handles the product in any manner that leads to the damage(s) or defects to the product. Voigt Home will replace or repair the product at its choice. Buyer is responsible for all freight both incoming and outgoing for all warranty support work or exchanges and or replacement. Simple steps to getting your product serviced, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. include a description of the issue(s). Please also include your sales receipt information with purchase information so that we may intelligently respond to you. All warranty inquiries will be answered within 24 hours from receipt of contact. If customer pays freight then customer is responsible for filing any claims with carrier. Customer may elect to insure all shipments for additional cost. Contact Voigt Home for pricing for insurance. Any and all damage must be reported in no less than 24 hours from receipt of shipment or Buyer is responsible.
Shipping & Delivery:
Customer should upon receipt of the shipment any noticeable damage to the cartons as well as any concealed damage to the shipment after opening should report this to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment so that the proper freight claim can be entered. If Customer fails to notify Voigt Home with in the 24 hour period then the customer accepts the goods in as is condition. The warranty could be voided depending on the extent of the actual damage from shipment.
